Blackpool are the early pace setters in the Championship with three wins from three games (the only side in the Championship with a 100% record). It comes a shock then to find them available at 5/2 (boylesports) against Leicester. The Foxes have had a disappointing start with league defeats to Charlton and Blackburn and a home League Cup defeat to Burton. I like the 6/4 (general) on the Tangerines in the draw no bet market to continue their fine start. Ian Holloway has got his side to bounce back from play-off heartache. Also look for Thomas Ince at 10/1 (bet365) to score first or 11/4 (bet365) anytime, the pacy winger has already got four goals this season. The games of the weekend in the Championship are the ones that pitch Leeds against Blackburn and Cardiff against Wolverhampton. Although two fascinating games to watch these are probably not the easiest ones to call from a betting point of view. Instead my other betting recommendation in the Championship which be another goal scorer bet. Martyn Woolford has grabbed three for Bristol City this season (including two in the last game against Cardiff) and is up against a Barnsley side who have shipped in eight in their last two games. He is a stand out 14/1 (bet365) to score first and 5/1 (paddy Power) to score anytime.

Over in League One and just three games in no side has a 100% record. Yeovil are at the top of the table and they have a home game with Doncaster. It is 6/4 (paddy Power/william hill) a home win while it is 21/10 (BetVictor) a Donny away win, the draw is priced at 17/7 (pinnacle). Rovers have also started well and this looks a tough game to call. One bet that does stand out in League One is Notts County at 7/5 (paddypower/Coral/william hill) to beat Bury. County are unbeaten in their last eight away games in all competitions and take on a Bury side without a win in their last six games in all competitions. Also in this market look at the 6/1 (general) on Francis Zoko to grab the opener or the 2/1 (Coral) on him to score anytime. The Ivorian has netted on both of his appearances for Notts County this season. The game of the weekend in the division is the one that sees Preston take on Swindon with North End (15/8-general) and Swindon 17/10 (BetVictor/William Hill). Both teams have been among the goals this season and I like the 5/6 (bet365/Stan James) on both teams to score.

League Two has two sides who have won all three of their games this season, Oxford and Gillingham. Oxford are away to York this season and are 8/5 (william hill) for the victory. The Minstermen have had a decent start to the season though and look tough opponents so I would advise looking elsewhere. Gillingham are 11/10 (BetVictor/William Hill) and this might offer some more appeal against a Chesterfield side who have started the season badly. John Sheridan was sacked recently and I could put nobody off backing against the Spireites. I also like the look of Bradford to get something out of the game at Rotherham. The Bantams hit AFC Wimbledon for five before beating Watford in the League Cup. At 9/4 (Skybet) they appeal in the draw no bet market. Also in this game I like the look of the 10/1 (Bet365) that James Hanson scores first or 100/30 (Bet365) that he scores anytime. Hanson has already grabbed two goals in three games.
