If I told you that two sides were unbeaten in their last seven Premier League games I would imagine that most of you would guess Man City but how many of you would guess Norwich are the other ones?

Chris Hughton and his men are seven unbeaten in the Premier League and eight unbeaten in all competitions. It is 6/5 (paddy Power) that the Canaries come out of their game with Sunderland with all three points. The Black Cats are on a poor run of form and have won just two of their last 21 Premier League matches though they did win at Fulham last time out on the road. Sunderland do try to keep things tight on their travels and have drawn eight of their last 13 away and if you think this game will end in a draw you can get that at 12/5 (Totesport/betfred). pinnacle at 47/16 are offering the best price on an away victory.

Those looking for a correct score will be interested to note that Norwich have won their last three Premier League home games by the same scoreline (1-0) and you can get 6/1 (general) that the game finishes 0-0. A 1-1 draw is a best priced 6/1 (general), a 0-0 is 17/2 (Skybet/boylesports/BetVictor) while a Sunderland 1-0 win is 21/2 (BetVictor).

Grant Holt is the 6/1 (Coral) favourite to net the opener ahead of Steven Fletcher at 13/2 (Coral). Those looking for a player at a bigger price might be interested in Anthony Pilkington at 10/1 (general), Stephane Sessegnon at 11/1 (BWin), Wes Hoolahan 11/1 (Coral) or Adam Johnson 14/1 (general).

One small bet I like is in the Man of the Match market that BetVictor run. You can get any keeper at 16/1 which seem quite generous. Though John Ruddy is absent Mark Bunn looks a solid deputy and Simon Mignolet is also a good shot stopper. In a game that might be a low scorer between two teams struggling to find the net then this has to be worth some small stakes.

Outside of the Premier League and the Championship has two games tomorrow the first of which pitches Burnley against Blackburn in a Lancashire derby. Blackburn have a good record in games against Burnley, winning seven and drawing one of their last eight. The visitors are 19/10 (Blue Sq/888 Sport) while a Burnley win is 53/35 (pinnacle) and the draw is 13/5 (BetVictor). This game features two of the most prolific goalscorers in the division in Charlie Austin and Jordan Rhodes which might explain why you can get such a nice price of 7/5 (BetVictor) on the NO in the both teams to score market. The last three Burnley games have produced a total of just four goals as new boss Sean Dyche has installed a defensive discipline in the Clarets. This bet would have paid in each of the last four Burnley home games with them keeping clean sheets themselves on three occasions and going down 1-0 at home to Charlton in the other.

Also in this divison Cardiff are up against Sheffield Wednesday and if ever a game looks like a nailed on home win it is this one. The Blubebirds are the 8/13 (general) favourites as they look to make it ten wins from ten home games this season. Wednesday have lost each of their last five and the pressure on manager Dave Jones is huge especially as he returns to one of his former sides. Seven of the last eight Cardiff home games have seen over 2.5 goals so why not try enhancing the win price with Cardiff to win and over 2.5 goals in the game which is available at 5/4 with BWin.

BEST OF THE BETS

GOLD: Cardiff to beat Sheff Wednesday and the game to have over 2.5 goals, 5/4 (BWin)
SILVER: No on both teams to score in Burnley v Blackburn, 7/5 (BetVictor)
BRONZE: Any keeper to be man of the match in Norwich v Sunderland, 16/1 (BetVictor)
