Just five games kick-off in the Premier League this Saturday, here is our guide to the best of the bets from these games.

Chelsea take on Wigan at Stamford Bridge in a game between two out of form sides. The Blues have won just one of their last six games in all competitions while Wigan have won just one of their last 12 Premier League games. If the Blues are to ever bounce back then they should do so here though I would not be rushing to back them at 4/11 (general). Those who think Wigan can get something out of the game can get the draw at 9/2 (general) while a Wigan victory is 9/1 (Stan James). The best bet in this game can be found in the goals markets. Three or more goals have been scored in five of the last six Chelsea games and in six of the last seven Wigan league games. Have a play on over 3.5 goals at 39/29 (pinnacle).

If you had said to anyone at Craven Cottage on the opening day of the season that Fulham would be on the same points after 25 games as the Norwich side they had just hammered people would have thought you were crazy, that though this is the situation. Both sides are a little bit out of form and know three points will be crucial if they to avoid getting sucked into the relegation battle. I think the best way to play this game is in the under 2.5 goals market. Carrow Road has seen just 28 goals this season in the league while Fulham have scored just 15 on their travels. The under 2.5 goals is a best priced 11/12 (32 Red).

Stoke have scored the highest proportion of goals in the opening 15 minutes of games while Reading have scored the highest proportion of goals in the last 15 minutes therefore you could do worse than take the 11/2 william hill are offering on Reading to come from behind and get a draw or a win. In a tight looking game this looks an alternative way to play.

Sunderland take on Arsenal at the Stadium of Light and the Gunners are the 10/11 (general) favourites. This does not look a very competitive price bearing in mind that Arsenal have won just four of their 12 away League games this season. On the other hand though I can not be rushing to back Sunderland as the Black Cats have won just one game against a team in the top half this season and as such odds of 67/18 (pinnacle) a home win or 25/9 (Pinnacle) look short. Craig Gardner is the penalty taker for Sunderland and as such odds of 18/1 (general) on him to score first or 6/1 (BWin/ladbrokes/Coral) to score anytime look decent value.

Swansea take on QPR in the Premier League with the Hoops desperate for three points and I think they might just be capable of getting them. Swansea have a game at Wembley coming soon while QPR will be fighting for their lives and will be hungry to revenge an opening day 5-0 hammering from the Swans. Back QPR at +0.5 on the Asian Handicap which pays out if they win or draw and is 15/13 (Pinnacle). Also in this game I like the look of Christopher Samba to net as no top flight side have conceded a higher percentage of goals from set-pieces this season than Swansea. Samba is a beast at set pieces and bet365 and BWin go 25/1 he grabs the opener which looks cracking value. The anytime goalscorer market also has Samba available at 19/2 (BWin) which also looks great value.

BEST OF THE BETS

GOLD: QPR on the Asian Handicap +0.5 v Swansea, 15/13 (Pinnacle)
SILVER: Norwich v Fulham to have under 2.5 goals, 11/12 (32 Red)
BRONZE: Christopher Samba to score v Swansea, first 25/1 (B365/BWin), anytime 19/2 (BWin)
