It is the second part of the double international gameweek as teams look to get some early points on the board in their quest to reach Rio 2014.

England produced a professional performance under Roy Hodgson to come through 5-0 away in Molodva though they will know that a tougher test awaits in game two. Their opponents Ukraine are a much better side than the Moldovans. These two sides are no strangers as they met in Euro 2012 where England were made to work before coming out 1-0 victors. It is 2/5 (general) that England are victorious on Tuesday and 11/2 (general) that it ends 1-0 England. Those who fancy the away side can get something from this game can get 4/1 (Totesport/betfred) the draw or 298/35 (pinnacle) an away win. The first goalscorer market is headed by Jermain Defoe (9/2-BetVictor/Stan James/Coral) while Frank Lamprd who grabbed two goals on Friday night is 13/2 (bet365). Those who think England will dominate the game might be tempted by the 11/10 (Stan James) on them to be ahead at HT and at FT. Also in this group Poland are 5/19 (pinnacle) to see off Moldova while Montenegro are 1/20 (Stan James/Coral) to land all three points in San Marino.

Scotland were booed off the pitch by some fans after an opening game draw 0-0 with Serbia. On the one hand the frustration is understandable as Scotland really need to be winning their home games on the other hand the Scots can take heart from the fact they were the better side against a Serbia team ranked higher than them. Macedonia meanwhile were not disgraced in going down 1-0 to Croatia. It is 11/13 (Pinnacle) for a Scotland victory while the draw is 13/5 (Pinnacle) and the Macedonia victory is 4/1 (betfred/BetVictor/ladbrokes). The problem for Scotland is getting among the goals and it might not be easier against a Macedonia side who have conceded just one goal in their last four games. I like the look of the away side receiving 0.75 on the Asian Handicap at 9/11 with 188Bet. Also in the group Serbia are 1/2 (BetVictor/Coral/william hill) for victory when they take on Wales on Tuesday evening. Serbia got a point off Scotland in their opener while Wales went down to defeat to Belgium. I was a little disappointed in Serbia against Scotland though I can not be backing Wales at 132/17 (Pinnacle). Those looking for a small bet could do worse than back attacking wing-back Branislav Ivanovic to score. He is 25/1 (paddy Power/188Bet/william hill) to grab the opener and 10/1 to net Anytime (paddy Power). The big game in that group sees Belgium play host to Croatia and I like the evens (general) on both teams to score as each side has a number of attacking talents.

In Group F Northern Ireland have their easiest game of the campaign as they play host to Luxembourg. At 6/13 (Pinnacle) some people might back the home team though I would be a little wary as this is a side that struggles for goals. My advice to those looking to get involved in this game would be a scorer bet on Chris Brunt as he will occupy a forward position and be the central point for a lot of the attacks. paddy Power and william hill are 10/1 that he grabs the first goal or 7/2 that he scores anytime. Also in this group Russia are 30/29 (188Bet) to win in Israel and Portugal are an unbackable 1/25 (BetVictor) to defeat Azerbaijan.
