Juventus travel to the Eternal City of Rome to face Lazio on Saturday evening in what is sure to be an explosive encounter at the Stadio Olimpico.

The home team, Lazio enter the weekend in 6th position in the Serie A table on 19 points and are only 2 points adrift of Napoli, who take up the final Champions League qualifying position in third. Having said that, Lazio are also only 3 points clear of Inter Milan who find themselves in 9th place in the league and this shows how tight things are in this area of the table. Lazio will want to take maximum points from this game to ensure they stay in the hunt for that lucrative Champions League spot and are priced at 3/1 with BetVictor to defeat Juventus.

The form of striker Filip Djordevic has played a big part of Lazio`s solid start to the season and he currently has 6 goals to his name, just 2 behind Serie A leading goal scorer Carlos Tevez. Djordevic found the back of the net in Lazio`s last match, away at Empoli and also has a hat-trick to his name, which came against Palermo in late September. The Serbian is available at 13/2 with bet365 to get the first goal of the game. Veteran midfielder Stefano Mauri is battling back to fitness for this match but has already got 3 goals to his name this season and is on offer at 4/1 with paddypower to score at any time during the match.

Juventus make the trip to Rome with a 3 point cushion at the top of the Serie A table, with Lazio`s city rivals Roma the team trying catch them in second place. With a 7 point lead already established over Napoli in third, it seems as though Roma are the only team who could realistically stop Juventus` charge towards another Serie A title. The bookmakers think it`s unlikely that Juventus are going to allow that to happen this weekend and are favourites to defeat Lazio at 21/20 with BetVictor.

Currently out on his own at the top of the Serie A top goal scorers chart is Carlos Tevez, who has found the back of the net 8 times in the league so far this season. Coupled with 2 goals in the Champions League, Tevez is in great goal scoring form and netted twice in Juventus` last outing, a 7-0 demolition of Parma in Turin. The Argentine striker is on offer at 4/1 with SkyBet to grab the first goal of the game. Attacking midfielder Arturo Vidal is available again following suspension and should slot in behind the strikers in this match. The Chile international has scored 3 goals so far this season in Serie A and enjoys playing against Lazio, having scored against them four times in his career. bet365 offer 3/1 that Vidal will score at any time during the game.

Out of the last 9 league meetings between these two teams at the Stadio Olimpico, only once has there been more than 2.5 goals scored and under 2.5 goals is available at 17/20 with BetVictor. Furthermore, on only two occasions has there been a winning margin of over one goal during these 9 meetings and Juventus to win by 1 goal is on offer at 11/4 with bet365.
