Group A is one of the tightest groups in this season`s Champions League and all four teams go in to matchday three on 3 points each and have the opportunity to progress in to the latter stages of the tournament. With Atletico Madrid coming up against the team most would consider to be least likely to qualify, Malmo, both Olympiakos and Juventus can not afford to drop points and fall behind the La Liga champions.

Olympiakos can prove to be a very tough team to crack, especially at home and this has never been more evident than in their victory over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League this season. The Greek champions are also undefeated at home for almost 8 months now in all competitions and they are 7/2 with bet365 to defeat Juventus and carry that fine run of form even further. In the Champions League specifically, Olympiakos have won their last four home games in a row and this will have to continue if they want to progress from the group, especially considering how poor they were in their only away match to date, at Malmo.

If Olympiakos are to win this match, then striker Kostas Mitroglu will need to match his feat of scoring against Atletico Madrid and the Greek striker is 9/1 with paddypower to grab the first goal of the game. Another goal scorer in that match, Dutch forward Ibrahim Afellay will aim to continue his bright start to the season in Athens and the on loan Barcelona man is 13/2 with bet365 to score at any time during the match.

Juventus will be looking to pick up the six points they require to secure qualification to the knock-out stages in the upcoming matches against Olympiakos. The Italian champions are undefeated in Serie A so far this season under new manager Massimiliano Allegri and are priced at Evens with Coral to come away with the victory. If they are to achieve their target of winning the match, the in form Argentine striker Carlos Tevez will be key, having scored 8 goals in 8 competitive matches so far this season. Tevez is 11/2 with BetVictor to get the first goal of the game. With fellow striker Fernando Llorente struggling to be fit for the match, Arturo Vidal may find himself pushed further forward and the Chilean is 3/1 with paddypower to score at any time.

Despite Juventus` good form in their domestic league, they have not travelled well in the Champions League recently and failed to win their last five away games, losing four of them and this will encourage Olympiakos fans. In their last four Champions League wins at home, Olympiakos have only conceded two goals and Juventus manager Allegri will be fully aware of this and his own team`s away form, therefore a low scoring draw is not out of the question, especially as both teams can ill afford a loss. The draw is available at 12/5 with betfred and under 2.5 goals to be scored in the game can be backed at 5/4 with ladbrokes.

With a close game in prospect, Juventus being the better team but Olympiakos being good at home, the 1-1 draw on offer at 13/2 with BetVictor is a tempting bet.
