CHELSEA v ARSENAL, Saturday 22nd March, 12:45, BT SPORT 1

The live lunchtime game on Saturday is a real cracker from Stamford Bridge and features two of the four teams involved in the title mix. Chelsea are top of the table with 66 points from 30 games while Arsenal have 62 points from 29 games.

Bookmakers make Chelsea the 20/21 (STAN JAMES) favourites as Jose Mourinho looks to continue his winning record as manager against Arsene Wenger (won five, drawn five). Chelsea have also beaten Arsenal in the League Cup this season while the league tie at the Emirates ended in a draw and it is 13/5 (BETVICTOR) that this game ends all square. Arsenal meanwhile are 7/2 (BETVICTOR) to hand Arsene Wenger a victory in the 1,000th game in charge for the Frenchman. The Gunners though would need to put an end to a run of 11 games in the Premier League without victory against Chelsea, Man United or Man City.

This is a tight battle at the top and I think goals will be hard to come by so this might be the way to play this game. The last meeting between the sides in the league finished 0-0 and it is January 19th since Chelsea conceded a league goal at Stamford Bridge. The last two Arsenal away games have seen a combined total of just two goals while just two of the last six Chelsea home games have seen over 2.5 goals so this looks the way to play it.

RECOMMENDATION: Under 2,5 goals Chelsea and Arsenal, evens (BETVICTOR)

CARDIFF V LIVERPOOL, Saturday 22nd March, 15:00, non live

Both these sides are desperate for three points for very different reasons. The Bluebirds need a boost in their battle with relegation while Liverpool need them in the race for the title. The Reds are 9/20 (BETVICTOR) for victory and it is hard to see past them as they are on a run of five straight victories in the Premier League. If you wish to enhance the price then you can do so in the half time/full time market as the Merseysiders have been ahead at HT in 20 games this season and in 17 of these they have gone on to record a victory.

RECOMMENDATION: Liverpool HT, Liverpool FT, evens (SKYBET)

EVERTON V SWANSEA, Saturday 22nd March, 15:00, non live

With just two wins from their last 15 Swansea have found themselves thrown into the relegation mix and they face a tricky back-to-back set of games here first against Everton and then away to Arsenal in midweek. The Welsh side are 5/1 (GENERAL) for victory at Goodison Park which is something only one side has done all season. The Toffees have won their last seven home games including against the Welsh side in the FA Cup in February. An Everton victory is 4/6 (paddy Power) while the draw is 3/1 (william hill).

The recommended bet for this game is to take both teams to score as this has happened in three of the last four Everton home games and in seven of the last nine Swansea away games.

RECOMMENDATION: YES both teams to score, 19/20 (ladbrokes/betfair)

HULL V WEST BROM, Saturday 22nd March, 15:00, non live

West Brom gained a much needed victory against Swansea last weekend and they are 27/10 (BETVICTOR) to grab another three points here against Hull. The Baggies have drawn seven of their last 14 so the draw is a very real option and can be backed at 23/10 (GENERAL). The Tigers meanwhile have won just three of their last ten home games and are 5/4 (GENERAL).

This is a tough game to call from a match betting point of view so it may pay to look at one of the side markets and I like the look of both teams to score. This bet would have paid in seven of the last eight West Brom games while Hull have found the net in 12 of their 18 home games so far this season.

RECOMMENDATION: Yes both teams to score, 11/10 (CORAL/betfair)
