Hull are just one point clear of the Premier League relegation zone and will have to continue their fight for top tier survival against the Champions League seeking Liverpool tomorrow. The Tigers currently sit in 16th position in the league, level on points with 17th placed Leicester. These two sides are just one point better off than Sunderland who occupy the last relegation spot. Losing by a margin of two goals or more tomorrow would see Hull swap places with Leicester and see them balanced on the precipice of extermination from the top flight. Getting the better of Liverpool would see Hull usurp Aston Villa and move four points clear of the bottom three.

The visitors` Champions League ambitions have been somewhat dashed following their failure to see off West Bromwich Albion at the weekend. This result left them a full seven points behind fourth placed Manchester United and level on points with sixth placed Tottenham. This clash their game in hand over these clubs, Brendan Rogers` men would be able to put three points between themselves and Spurs and close the gap on United to four with a win. A defeat would not seem them move below the North London side (unless they were defeated by a five goal margin) but would all but end their top four hopes.

These two clubs have met just once this season in the reverse Premier League fixture at Anfield. Neither side managed to get the better of the other on this occasion, the clash ending a goalless draw. Held back in October, the encounter was a feisty affair with five yellow cards being dished out between the two sides.

The best price on a goalless draw being played out tomorrow is 17/2, this price being available at both Betvictor and Skybet. Indeed 17/4 is Betvictor`s price on the game being tied at half time and remaining tied by the end of the second 45. Both bet365 and betfair have 3/1 on Hull keeping a clean sheet at the KC Stadium tomorrow night.

Despite being unable to get the better of Steve Bruce`s men in their last encounter, Liverpool`s strong league position means that it is they who are the favourites to get all three points from tomorrow`s clash. william hill have the best price of evens on an away victory. Otherwise, Hull can be backed at 7/2 at Totesport whilst a draw is up for grabs at 13/5 at both bet365 and Totesport.

Tomorrow`s hosts` 2-0 away victory over Crystal Palace at the weekend ended their run of five straight Premier League games without a win. It was also the first time that they had not conceded in a game since their goalless draw with fellow strugglers Leicester back in March. Dame N`Doye grabbed both of his side`s goals against Palace and he can be backed at 3/1 at both Bwin and ladbrokes to hit the back of the net at any time. Alternatively, 20/1 (bet365, ladbrokes) says he can score another two or more goals again tomorrow evening.

Liverpool have failed to win either of their last two games, both these matches coming away from home. The Reds shipped four goals against Arsenal in their 4-1 humiliation before failing to get the better of West Brom. That match ended goalless.

These four goals against Arsenal were the only goals the side had conceded away from Anfield in the league since their 3-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester United back in December. That was a massive 540 minutes without conceding a goal. As a result, Rogers men can be backed at 11/5 at both Betvictor and Totesport to win without conceding tomorrow.

Skybet and william hill have 40/1 on them conceding four or more once again.
