Premier League giant-killers Leicester City travel to Crystal Palace`s Selhurst Park today (27th September) fresh off the back of an utterly enthralling 5-3 victory over Manchester United, the East Midlands side coming from two goals down to pile more pressure on under-fire Reds boss Louis van Gaal. A brace from new signing Leonardo Ulloa means that the former Brighton man has now scored five goals in as many games, only two behind the top tier`s top scorer Diego Costa. The Foxes sit in seventh position with eight points.

Crystal Palace have undergone something of a resurgence under new manager Neil Warnock, the Eagles currently on a three game unbeaten run in the league after they too came from behind last week to stick three past European hopefuls Everton away at Goodison Park. A Mile Jedinak penalty helped Warnock`s side back on level terms before Frazier Campbell and Yannick Bolasie put the team out of sight. Palace were on the wrong end of a 3-2 scoreline in the Capital One Cup during the week, however, with Newcastle United grabbing the winning goal in extra time to dump the South London outfit out of the tournament in the third round.

In spite of their first defeat in six games in all competitions, Palace have been made the 7/4 (Betvictor, william hill) favourites to see off the might of the Foxes who have previously caused upsets in drawing at home to Arsenal and Everton at home. Odds of 12/5 (Numerous) are being offered on both clubs recording their third draw of the season whilst a Leicester win has been priced up at 19/10 by Coral.

Palace have been potent in front of goal in their first seven games in both the Premier League and Capital One Cup. Warnock`s men having hit the back of the net 13 times in seven matches, earning them a goal to match ratio of nearly 2:1. Six to four is the price from betfair on the home side grabbing at least two goals today whilst 16/5 (betfair) says they will score exactly two in the game.

Their confidence and potency in front of goal will be boosted by the return of former Arsenal man Marouane Chamakh. The 30-year-old Moroccan had missed the Eagles` last three games with a hamstring injury suffered during their 3-3 draw away at Newcastle. Chamakh is already off the mark this season having scored the team`s only goal in their 3-1 defeat against West Ham at the Boleyn round under the stewardship of caretaker manager Keith Millen. Expected to be eased into the game as a substitute, betfair make him 3/1 to double his tally at any time.

This recovery means that Neil Warnock has a full squad to select from as the side search for their first home victory of the season.

City could give a debut to young Manchester United loanee Nick Powell. The 20-year-old attacking midfielder was ineligible to play against his parent club but watched from the sidelines as they threw away a 3-1 lead. Crewe-born Powell made his Old Trafford debut back in September 2012 replacing United legend Ryan Giggs on the 71st minute against Wigan. The youngster scored from twenty yards out to round off the Red Devil`s comprehensive 4-0 victory.

Experienced defender Matthew Upson is still out after undergoing surgery on his ankle with the 35-year-old expected to be missing until November. Injury-prone Zoumana Bakayogo, not listed in manager Pearson`s squad, is also sidelined, the Ivorian again troubled by a knee injury that had previously kept him out for eight months.
