Roger Federer will be looking to recover from his poor performance in the Monte Carlo Masters by taking home the Istanbul Open. The Brisbane Open winner has already made it to the quarter-finals of the competition after seeing off Jarkko Nieminen in the second round. Receiving a bye through to this stage thanks to his number one seeding, Federer took the first set by six games to two before securing the second set by seven games to five. The 33-year-old world number two now faces Spaniard Daniel Gimeno-Traver in the final eight.

Betvictor have the best price of 1/2 on Federer earning himself the inaugural Istanbul Open title.

Grigor Dimitrov, the competition`s second seed, is the second favourite for success in Turkey. The Bulgarian will be taking part in his first match tonight after also receiving a bye into the second stage. He will come face-to-face with Andrey Golubev of Kazakhstan.

Twenty-three-year-old Dimitrov reached the quarter-finals of the Monte Carlo Masters last time out but exited at the hands of Federer`s successor Gael Monfils. A match-up against Federer would be a repeat of the Brisbane Open semi-final at the start of the year, the Swiss player running out the straight sets winner following a 6-2, 6-2 victory. The pair would not meet before the finals.

Should Dimitrov get the better of Golubev, he will either face off against Croatia`s Ivan Dodig or Serbia`s Dusan Lajovic in the competition`s quarter-final. The 6`3" Bulgarian can be backed at 3/1 for the title at Betvictor.

Dimitrov could potentially meet Pablo Cuevas in the tournament`s semi-final, the Uruguayan the third seed and the 10/1 shot to pick up the title. It took Cuevas three sets to see off the experienced Russian Teymuraz Gabashvili, coming back from losing the first set 6-4 by taking the remaining two sets by the same score. His second stage victory over the Russian has seen the third seed set up a quarter-final against either Brazil`s Thomaz Bellucci or Uzbekistan`s Denis Istomin.

The 29-year-old has already taken home one clay court ATP title this year, securing the top honours in Brazil`s Sao Paulo tournament. It hasn`t been all good news for the Concordia-born star, failing to find success in the first round of the Australian Open and exiting in the second stage of the Monte Carlo Masters.

The Uruguayan defeated Santiago Giraldo in the Sao Paulo Open, the Ecuadorian player looking to get revenge if the pair meet in the final of the Istanbul competition. Giraldo is the fourth seed in Turkey and has reached the quarter-final by seeing off Russian wildcard Andrey Rublev. The eventual victor took the first set by six games to four but only managed to pick up one game in the second set. Despite this he recorded a 6-3 victory in the decider to see him progress through to the quarter-final stage. It is here where he will meet fellow South American Diego Schwartzman.

Twenty-seven-year-old Giraldo has really failed to fire this season, the player ranked number 50 in the world failing to reach a tournament final. His exit at the hands of Cuevas in Brazil has been his best finish of the year and he can be picked up at the best price of 18/1 to secure his first ATP title of 2015.

Could Schwartzman be the best of the rest? The 22-year-old has reached his first ATP quarter-final of the season in this competition and will be looking to spring a few surprises at 20/1 (Betvictor).
