FULHAM v EVERTON, Sunday 30th March, 13:30, Sky Sports

The results at the bottom of the table on Saturday helped Fulham though that will count for nothing if they do not get three points at Craven Cottage on Sunday. The London side are the 17/4 (bet365) outsiders as they look to secure just their second victory from their last 13 games in all competitions. Fulham though did win their last home game and have beaten Everton at Craven Cottage in the League Cup earlier in the season.

Everton have won six and none of their last eight Premier League games against Fulham and can be backed at 5/6 (paddy Power) for victory. That being said it is not a price that interests me when you considers that the Toffees have won just five of their away matches this season and on their travels to London have came out on top in just one of their last eight games. Those who fancy the draw can back this at a best priced 14/5 with STAN JAMES.

No side has played more players than Fulham so to get a handle on who will start for the Whites is a difficult one. If it is Darren Bent then he has a good record against the Merseysiders scoring four in six and he is 10/1 (betway) to score first or 3/1 (GENERAL) anytime. Romelu Lukaku is in good form with three goals in his last four Premier League games and he is 5/4 (GENERAL) to score at anytime or 9/2 (CORAL) first. Ross Barkley meanwhile has two in the last two games and can be backed at 8/1 (GENERAL) to score first or at 14/5 (888 SPORT/unibet) to fire at anytime.

The bet is a little interest on the tie having over 3.5 goals as the last four Everton games have produced 16 goals while this bet would have paid in five of the last seven Fulham games.

RECOMMENDATION: Over 3.5 goals, 21/10 (sportingbet)

LIVERPOOL v TOTTENHAM, Sunday 30th March, 16:00, Sky Sports

It was a great Saturday for Liverpool in the title race with rivals Chelsea going down to a shock loss to Crystal Palace while Man City were held by Arsenal. Liverpool are 1/2 (paddy Power/ladbrokes/CORAL) for the three points that will move them two points clear at the top of the table. The Merseysiders will be glad to be at home where they have won 11 and lost none of their last 12 league games. The Reds can also take heart from the way they hammered Tottenham 5-0 in their last meeting.

Tottenham are no mugs though and they are actually top of the standings in terms of away form. The North London side have also lost just one of their last three at Anfield. The stats suggest then it might be worth taking on Liverpool, especially when you consider they are in uncharted territory with the pressure on them to win these games. Tottenham can be backed at 13/2 (bet365/BETVICTOR) to win the game or 4/1 (GENERAL) the draw. A better way to play this though is taking them in the double chance market at 19/10 (888 SPORT/unibet).

If Tottenham are to get something from the game then you think they will have to score considering the Merseysiders have only failed to score in one of their last 16 Premier League games at Anfield. Christian Eriksen has three from his last four and with a great range of set-pieces I think he has to be backed to get among the goals. The Tottenham midfielder is 16/1 (bet365/BETVICTOR/BWIN) to net first or 6/1 (TOTESPORT/betfred) at anytime.

RECOMMENDATION: Eriksen to score first, 16/1 (bet365/BETVICTOR/BWIN)
Eriksen to score anytime, 6/1 (TOTESPORT/betfred)
