Exercising on the Spot

These are exercises that require very little room and can be done effectively on the spot, such as jogging on the spot.

Find an area to do it in and then start off jogging on the spot, increse your speed until you are a little warmed up then try some of these (or anything else you can think of):

Star jumps, bringing your knees up to your chest, kicking your feet back to touch your buttocks, if you have room jogging backwards/sideways/forwards, skipping, etc.
