My question is am i to old to be doing this? i am not the fittest but have been goin to the gym regularly for about 4 months. I tryed bjj last year and really enjoyed it but unfortunatly i seperated my shoulder during practice and its never been the same since.

Course you're not, most of the guys at my BJJ/MT/MMA gym are over 30 and still kick my 17 year old ass all the way to high heaven

I'm nearly 40 and I'm still doing MMA and regular martial arts classes. I've had seperated shoulder and knee surgery..so are you too old? Not if you're willing to work at it.
