I noticed there aren't many topics in here and I can see the benifit of keeping an ongoing log of my training, which I have slacked on for several years but I plan on starting it up again. It's going to be difficult comparatively because of the fact I'm on a ship right now.

enough about that.

today I woke up later than I wanted to so I got less training that I wanted to get done. I'm sure I'll get the waking up when I want thing down...

At 0600 today I stretched out and did some cardiovascular for 20 mins
lunges 15x
squats 15x
push ups 35x
knee raises  20x

and did a light run for 40 mins.
approx. 2 miles

I'll try to keep you guys up dated on where I'm at. I'm always looking for tips and help, I'm trying to get back to where I was when I was in highschool and I'm also trying to define my body more.

i envy you, i always find it hard to get out of bed and train at 6am.

It's amazing what benefits you get by in just six weeks of building your body back up.

i wish you well

I had a chance to either sleep in or wake up early and work out. so I slept in XP. but I just got done working out in the gym for about an hour, it felt pretty good. I was taking it pretty easy, light weights. and medium reps.

I worked on my biceps 20 lbs 21 reps 3 sets
I worked on my triceps, same weight rep and sets
I did like 2 sets of 30 crunches, one set was regular and the other set was crossovers to work my obliques.
I did 2 sets of 4 pull ups
3 sets of squats with 50 lbs.
and 3 sets working on my hamstring and gluts and whatever that muscle is on the inside of the leg is... lol

nothing to grand but it brought my energy level and mood up alot!

I don't' have to get to work too early tomorrow, I might go do a short run, even though it's my off day....

Man it's been a while since I had a time to post on here, I've been running and biking several miles a day, but I haven't had time to head to the gym, I've still been doing light calisthenics, I've been practicing my hapkido...
