Do you guys have any info on breaking through plateaus?

Have read some info on the web but its info overload...just need some simple advice as i know i will come to this eventually. Right now i can do 9 pull ups and can't seem to do ten.....i just want to hit that double figures....help someone??

Best thing I know of is to change routine around a bit, if you do same excersises all the time your muscles get used to it, change up excersises, reps order you do them and intensity of workout. and be persistent.

I'd say the same, mix it up and push yourself hard but not all the time.  A lot of people cycle and start easier than they can amanage one week and harder the next etc and eventually reach their max.  Must admit I just push myself hard with plenty of rest inbetween to give myself time to recover and mix up the exercises a smuch as possible.
