This is probably a silly question but when I was doing weights in the gym I was doing 3 sets of 8 of a shoulder exercise. Anyway one of my friends took one of the weights and I got 30 secs extra rest on the last before I did it getting the weight off him. I could only do 4, took a bit of a rest., then did the other 4. Came home and did 8 more at same weight. It's probably stupid but will this effect my shoulder strentgh or will it not be affected at all?
