So I'm taking a break from boxing and am designing few bodyweiht workouts for myself to do. I will be concentrating mostly on pecs and shoulders, the main exercise I will use will be push ups and pull ups. I'm gonna use a rosstraining workout tomorrow;
1 min push ups 1 min weighted punching 1 min (dont know name, hunch overarms straight in front, move arm to side till it is parralel with ground) 1 min pull up
No rest in between, once I cycle through the circuit you do every exercise for 45 secs, then 30, then 15. Only takes 10 mins but a killer.
I'm then going to do a circuit of ab work, 20 full sit ups, 20 crunches, 20 leg ups, doing this two to three times. I do lots of leg work in training so hopefully this will get me in good shape. In time I may get back my one arm push up ability and start doing handstand push ups.

Hi Wutang,
Maybe I am old-fashioned, but I was always told to work the whole of the body:
Either in a workout three times a week, (Every other day) or break the routines into two and exercise every day, alternating the routines. (Not so boring)
Just so you have a week of covering the whole muscle areas. (Not forgetting the cardio-vascular system) Run up and down the stairs a few times!
I am losing weight that way after a knee replacement. (Too much soccer when I was a kid!)
best of luck. JJ
