I've decided to start one of these to get the forum a bit more active and to just give myself an idea of what I'm doing. I'm fitting workouts in around work and matches on an ad hoc basis. I aim to get an upper body workout 2/3 times a week. I'm trying not to be too harsh on myself as in the past I have been too harsh on myself.
Today I just did a quick session in between work and work tomorrow.
3 sets of four, 1 armed press ups. Was way up near the top of the stairs hopefully it won't be long before I'm doing them properly once more.
3 sets of 2 pull ups
Squat thrusts/bouncing over barrier- 30 secs of each alternating, 3 mins work in total
10 full sit ups 5 full sit ups 10 crunches 5 crunches 10 leg raises 5 leg raises
Pleased enough how the session went, am used to boxing training so I am not at the level I was in these exercises hopefully get it back soon.
btw feel free to critique my workouts or make them better as I would appreciate advice.
