I have started to do stretching in the evenings...mainly for my legs as they are stiff as a board. I am uses some stretches in a kickboxing book I have. I have done them maybe twice a week, but wondered what the ideal amount would be? I dont want to overdo it...

Do whenever you want mate, you can't really overdo it, just make sure you're warm when you stretch properly and hold each stretch for 10-20 seconds, I do it after every workout and it prevents me having pain the next day.
