Anyone tried this? One of my mates
has been doing it for 2 months and says he has noticed a massive
difference. I have never really done more than 50 in a set, 50 reps at
16 stone is enough for me!
I have been focussing on boxing for
the past 6 months, now it is getting warmer in the UK I am going to
start training outdoors again, I might have a go at this for a
change... it's all about variety!

It's a good program. I increased my pushups to an all time high of 79 in one set. I didn't make it to a hundred pushups in 6 weeks. I think it's tough to do that for most people, but if you stay at it, 100 pushups is reachable. Of course a lot of factors are involved, the shape that you're in before beginning the program, your weight, etc. 50 pushups for a couple of sets is enough for me.
