I've been using the gym quite a bit recently for a bit of variety. I usually do 40 minutes of cardio, then some weights, 2 sets of upper body (1 x push, 1 x pull), some legs and abs, then finish with some BWE. I then do 5 x 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag with a 1 minutes gap in between followed by a 5 minute warm down and 10 minutes of stretching.
I always find it harder to exercise in the winter, it's easier when the weather is warm - unfortunately in the UK the winter seems to cover 9 months of the year!
