Did Biceps, forearms and abs today.

Biceps:
Barbell curls - 5 sets with strip sets
Hammer Curls - 3 sets
21's Hammer curls - 3 sets
Concentration curls - 3 sets

Forearms:
Standing curls : 3sets
Sitting curls: 3 sets

Abs:
Crunches with feet on bench 3 sets.

Triceps:
1. Close grip push-ups 2 sets
2. Close grip bench press 3 sets
3. Parallele bar dips 3 sets
4. Dumb bell press 3 sets

Did Biceps and forearms today.

1. Dumbbell curls 3 sets
2. Inclined-Lying dumbbell curls - 3 sets
3. Hammer curls 3 sets
Note:- Tho I am on a cut, i can see some growth on my biceps.

Forearms:
1. Sitting Barbell wrist curls 3 sets
2. Standing Barbell wrist curls 3 sets
3. farmers walk.

Abs:
1. Toe raises 3 sets
2. Lying Cycles 2 sets.

Did Triceps and abs today. The speciality for the day today was that it was almost body weight workouts

Tricpes:
1. Close grip pushups
2. Parallel bar dips 3 sets
3. Seated dips with a plate 3 sets

Abs:
1. Crunches with legs on bench 3 sets
2. Reverse crunches 3 sets
3. Toe raises 2 sets

Came back yesterday evening. Drove for almost 12 hours to get back in town. Slept at 10:30pm yesterday and woke up at 7am today. Didnt workout today. Thot will take a short break and come back with more fire. Will start all over from Tom or day after.

Hasnt been workking out since I wanted to take a short break. Meanwhile my lil girl had a bad accident at home with hot water. Shez is getting well  pretty fast and didnt have any injuries that will leve behind a permanenet scar. I thank God for that.

Very pleased to hear that your little girl is ok - take heart your not the first (but I hope the last) parent this has happened to. The same happend to my little boy a few years ago - came through with no scarring, but I wouldn't wish the worry on anyone.

I am back with a bang. last couple of weeks was swallowed by a death in the family, my daighters accident, and then hospitalization of another kid in the family. Now things have kind of settled down. Went for morning HIIT with my friend (who is over weight, over the top). Today is my running up hill workout.   Also did Tibetan rites and matt furrey magnificient seven. By the way there is going to be a surprise post from me today, it will be in the body weight exercises section.

Have not been working out denenlty for almost 3 weeks. First it was a death of my uncle which brought along going out of town and back. Then now I am having an infection which is causing fever and body pain. Generally bzy at work and persobnal ife too.
