Just decided to put my training online. I just started a few weeks ago, so dont laugh at me ;-) If you have any suggestions on how to improve my training to make it more efficient, dont hesitate to send me a PM.
Stretching 20 hindu squats 10 pushups 20 hindu squats 10 pushups 20 hindu spats 10 pushups (bad form...) 4x10 crunches 10 pushups 3x2 pullups (very bad form...) 2x10 crunches

Wanted to make it a little bit harder today. Did
excessive stretching
30 hindu squats 10 pushups 30 hindu squats 10 pushups 30 hindu squats 10 pushups 4x10 crossover crunches 3x2 pullups (very bad form) 4x20 calf raises
Wanted to do a deck of cards (yes, I like the ideasmileys/smiley1.gif" ) with butt raises 8-count bodybuilders knee to chest lunges
but I had to give up after 10 cards and decided to train the 8-count, knee to chest and lunges seperate because I lack in tecnique for these exercises. And for the 8-count I dont have the strength as well...
Did 10 hyperextensions instead smileys/smiley17.gif"

If you can give the deck of cards a bash, its hard but so rewarding.You can try it with just squats and pressups.

neck exercises back exercises
4x5-7 8-counts 3x30 hindu squats 1x5 8-counts (once I got the rhythm with breathing I really began to like them. Think Ill even have fun with them smileys/smiley2.gif" ) 4x10 chinees 3x2 pullups 3x2 chinups (also very bad...) 3x10 alternating lunges 3x5 reverse pushups 4x20 calf raises (this is really going to hurt tomorrow)
3x30 sec plank
also tried some dips, but... you better not ask
