I'm 15 and I'm looking for a bodyweight routine that has an even distribution between upper, core and lower.
I've read many articles that emphasis one or the other, or is weighted oddly. My motive isn't to increase mass but generally endurance and just staying fit.
My body fat percentage is roughly 8% if that influences anything.

My personal recommendation? eat more...I think you could do with size
unless you're one of the select genetic freaks who have excellent size
and strength from doing bugger all (I know a few...)
I prefer a lower body emphasis because most people are weak there. If
endurance is your sole objective (and I somehow doubt it) then
something like this might be in line
10 burpees
1 divebomber pressup
9 burpees
2 divebomber pressups
etcetc
That's give you 50 of each when you complete it. Obviously it's
possible to do far more (at one insane point in my life I did 150-200
pressups a day along with about 200-300 squats.)
You might try that with some back extensions, pullups and GHRs in

It isn't particularly good for your shoulders. Unless your shoulders
MUST be insanely relaxed, doing it for any great period of time MAY
give you quite rounded shoulders and do them in. Just my experience

If you can do a hundred or two hundred easily (not beyond speculation) it's perfectly possible if you spread it around the day
