Unfortunately I'm only allowed 6 poll choices but it'd be interesting to see.... please be honest and don't let me down by all saying 'guns'!
I tend to focus on power exercises when I do weight train (eg. bench and squats) - very rarely any single jointed exercises, mainly compound ones.

Legs...mine are way too small for my taste and too weak to boot. That or back: I love the deadlift, feels very natural and powerful to me. I find curls really, really boring

Squats mate, the key to everything! I remember when I used to lift weights and I first started squatting I put 1/4 inch on my biceps within a month even though I wasn't doing any direct arm stuff.
I am a massive fan!

hmm i've never really done squats... i may sign up to a gym for a month, if i do then i will definitely put some focus on this.

Having lifted for a few years, I have come to the conclusion that if I could only do one weight exercise it would be the deadlift. Think about it and then try it. regards ZON
