Official draft date: July 8th, 2007.
Tryout date for paratroopers elite unit: TBA, sometime in may

2 months to build up stamina and overall strength so I can pass their 'tryouts'.

Focus: running and endurance, with secondary focus on building some pecs, triceps, and more abs. Fat loss also a focus.

Diet: Cut out all processed flour. Low sugar, high fiber, high protein diet. I.E. Meat, Fish, Veggies. Fruits for natural sugar and pectin. Water and tea only.

I will post my exact workouts as soon as I write it all out, in the next few days. I will test myself to see what my max is on everything, and record it in a notebook, then post here (for my progress as well).
