Hi everyone!

I'm new to this forum but I've been involved in combat sports (and actual combat) before!

I've been doing karate (bushido style) for about 6 years and have self-taught Krav-Maga (self-taught is crap I know but I can understand the concepts and have been sparring with people for a while).

I also do a lot of weightlifting and freerunning

Hope to get to know you all on the forums :)
