there is a 4x4 on its side. The people are out of the 4x4 and look ok there was a caravan hitched onto it. Delays about 15 mins.

This is caused by an overturned caravan with people trapped inside, the delays is 2 hours so try and seek alternative route! This wont be cleared for some time.

Saw a fight break out on the hard shoulder today, northbound. Can't remember which junction but I was en route to Bristol from Exeter, anyone else see it?
