Matrix warned of 10min delay turned out to be 1hr 30 min delay with very angry motorists doing dangerous things to try to make ground. Road works should not have started at a junction. This encouraged too many drivers to try to make ground using the slip roads. Surely this can be better managed!

what a refreshing change the dartford toll being sold to the french so we can pay them to cross the most famous river in OUR country.things just keep getting better and better.

*  message by guest at 07/12/2008 15:46:58

Dartford crossing toll is now £1.50 why don't car drivers look at the signs notifying the increase ? Instead there are still worse queues than usual as they scramble around to find the extra 50p. If you pay too much you still have problems with the barriers.

i do enjoy being diverted to different routes everyday and taking detours, i especially enjoy sitting in traffic for over an hour when its past midnight. i look forward to driving past the millions of cones in the road to find they close 10miles of road so they can work on a teeny tiny patch at the other end!
