Boxing Skipping Exercise

The beep test is an excellent way to monitor fitness as well as getting a decent workout in a short period of time, even very fit people are unable to perform a beep test for more than 10 minutes whereas they can run for 30-60 minutes.

The beep test is basically where you measure a distance of say 15-20 metres and mark it out with 2 objects or lines, then run between then to the speed of the beep which is progressively faster.

What I would say though is check the forum first as I usually post any up to date links I find there and also if you find any please let me know so I can share it with other people.
