Jumbo Sets Exercise Routine



This is similar to the standard sets method, except you choose 3 exercises per set and run through for example 3 jumbo sets. So you run through jumbo set 1, take 30-60 secs break then run through it again. Repeat as many times as required then do the same for the next jumbo set. For example :

Jumbo Set 1 : 15 Pushups, 15 Reverse Pushups, 30 Crunches.

Jumbo Set 2 : 15 Pullups, 30 Knee-to-chest, 15 Good Mornings

Jumbo Set 3 : 30 Hindu squats, 30 Calve Raises, 20 Double Kickups.
