Boxing Skipping Exercise

One of my favourate exercises, all you need is a rope and a little bit of room and you can get a great workout done in a short period of time. My main word of advice is to try and skip on grass or a soft surface, it has a lot of impact on joints if you skip on concrete, my boxing gym has hardwood flooring which is not too bad.

There are different types of rope, but I would advise getting a speed rope regardless of your level, the rope ones are too slow. You can pick up a speed rope for around 4 from any decent sports shop.
