Goals to come in the second-half of game between Man City and Hul

BT Sport have once more picked a classic (sarcasm alert) for Saturday lunchtime as Man City entertain Hull in what looks a one sided affair. Mind you most people probably thought the game with Cardiff was going to be dull last weekend and that was a thriller. Hull are big outsiders for the game and are a best priced 18/1 (bet365/STAN JAMES) for success. The Tigers can take heart from the way City defended against Cardiff last weekend which was in contrast to the stubborn performance shown by the ten man of Hull last weekend. Hull will also point to the fact they won the last time these sides met in Feb 2010.

Man City have not lost successive Premier League games since October 30 2010 and it would be an even bigger shock if they were to lose here at their own ground. A City victory is available at unbackable 2/11 (GENERAL) while the draw is a best priced 15/2 (bet365). Those looking for any anytime scorer bet will see the market headed by Sergio Aguero at 4/5 (bet365/LADBOKES/YOU WIN) while Edin Dzeko who has hit more shots than any other player in the top flight so far this season is a evens (bet365/TOTESPORT/betfred) as is Alvaro Negredo (TOTESPORT/betfred). Those looking for a Hull scorer can get penalty take Robbie Brady at 10/1 (BET365/888 SPORT/unibet). The bet in this game might be taking the second half to be the highest scoring at 11/10 (BWIN/betway). The visitors will look to keep things tight for as long as possible though playing with ten man for an hour last week could eventually catch up with them.

The second live game is the Saturday evening clash between Crystal Palace and Sunderland with the home side the marginal 13/8 (BETVICTOR/paddy Power) favourites and the visiting Black Cats 2/1 (GENERAL) and the draw 12/5 (SKYBET).

Both these teams hardly inspire confidence in trusting them with their money. Palace have failed to win any of their games so far this season including a midweek League Cup loss to Bristol City. A lack of transfer activity is a huge worry for Palace and they must make some major breakthroughs before the deadline if this is not to be a long and painful season. Sunderland are hardly banker material mind seeing as they have won just won of their last eight away games in the league, losing six of these.

A leftfield bet might be in taking Dean Moxey to assist anytime at 13/2 (boylesports) as the Palace defender got forward a fair bet against Stoke last weekend especially in the first half and he tended to be a favourite outlet with the ball.

The live lunchtime game in the Championship is between Leeds and QPR at Elland Road. Bookmakers make the visitors from London the marginal favourites at 13/8 (betfred) as they look to continue a run of form that has seen them start the season with three wins and one draw from their four games. Leeds have also started the season well with two wins and two draws and they sit in sixth. The Yorkshire side are 19/10 (BET365/william hill) and the draw is 12/5 (GENERAL).

There appears to be little between the two sides and I saw Leeds earlier this season and the one thing Brian McDermott insists from his side is that they are difficult to break down first. Both sides will look at this game and think a point is a good result so side with the draw.

BEST OF THE BETS

GOLD: Second half to have most goals between Man C and Hull, 11/10 (BWIN/betway)
SILVER: DRAW between Leeds and QPR, 12/5 (GENERAL)
BRONZE: Dean Moxey to assist anytime v Sunderland, 13/2 (boylesports)
