OLYMPIAKOS best bet on Tuesday night in Champions League

It is Guy Fawkes night in Tuesday 5th November and so it is customary to add some puns about games being ’crackers’ or ’fireworks on the pitch’ or ’sparkling’ goals. Now that is out of the way here is our guide to the best of the bets from Tuesday in the Champions League.

Man United currently sit top of Group A with seven points from three game and are away to Sociedad on Tuesday night. United are the 8/5 (GENERAL) favourites though they have won just one of their last ten away in Spain.

Sociedad have disappointed in Europe with three defeats though the domestic form suggests a turn in fortunes could be upon them as they have won three and drawn one of their last four league games. In Group B Juventus are two points behind galatasaray and they must try get three points against Real Madrid as you suspect the Turkish side will beat Copenhagen in Denmark (6/5-GENERAL). A Juventus win is 6/4 (GENERAL) while Madrid are 15/8 (STAN JAMES).

The best bet of the Tuesday fixtures comes from Group C where Olympiakos are 7/5 (paddy Power/william hill) to see off Benfica. The Germans should win this with ease and having beaten them 5-0 last time out odds of 11/10 (SKYBET/WINNER) on them to win by three or more goals looks an excellent bet.
