You would have got a big price on Burnley being top of the Championship table on Christmas Day after selling Charlie Austin. Sean Dyche has done a remarkable job with the Clarets and they are 2/1 (bet365/BETVICTOR/STAN JAMES) to defeat Middlesbrough on Boxing Day. This is a Boro side who have won just three of their ten home games this season.

Leicester will be on a high having taken four points from their last two games including becoming the first side to win at Loftus Road in the league this season. The Foxes will are 4/5 (BETVICTOR/ladbrokes/CORAL) for victory while the Royals are as big as 4/1 (GENERAL) and the draw is a 11/4 (bet365/BETVICTOR/SPREADEX) chance.

After a strong start to the season Blackpool have lost each of their last four games and the Tangerines are at home to a Leeds side who enter in good form having taken eight points from their last 12 games. The Yorkshire side look decent value at 21/20 (BETVICTOR) in the draw no bet market in the live SKY game (17:15).

The SKY cameras will also be at the City Ground where a Forest side with just one win from their last six are 8/5 (GENERAL) to see off a QPR side with just two defeats from their ten away games this season. Those looking for a bet on the live game should take the NO in the both teams to score market (evens-888 SPORT/CORAL/unibet) as the last three Forest games have produced just one goal and this would have paid in the last QPR four games.

Leyton Orient are still top of League One on goal difference though a defeat at home to Crawley on Saturday means they now have just two victories from their last eight games in all competitions. Orient are 11/10 (paddy Power/ladbrokes/CORAL) and take on a Gillingham side with just one loss from their last six home games.

Wolves are level on points with Orient following their thrilling 3-3 draw with Rotherham on Saturday and they are 2/5 (GENERAL) to see off Crewe while the side in the best form in the division are Brentford who are on a remarkable run of nine wins and one draw from their last ten League One games. The Bees are evens (BETVICTOR/william hill) to defeat Swindon with just three wins from their 12 away games this season. The best bet from the division comes in the game from Vale Park between Port Vale and Notts County where I like the look of the visitors to get something at odds of 6/4 (ladbrokes) in the draw no bet market. Shaun Derry and County are slowing finding their feet and they taken seven points from their last three games. Vale were poor in losing 3-0 to the MK Dons at Saturday and have won just one of their last four games. At these prices the Magpies look worth siding with to continue their mini-revivial.

Chesterfield are the new leaders in League Two following a 2-0 win over Exeter last time out. They are 10/11 (BETVICTOR/william hill) to take on a Hartlepool side struggling a little for form with just one win from their last nine in all competitions.

The best bet in this division though comes from the game between Accrington and York where Kai Naismith is worth an interest at 9/1 with bet365 who are paying unlimited places a third of the odds. The Scottish midfielder has five goals in his last five games, including three in their last two.

BEST OF THE BETS

GOLD: Leeds to beat Blackpool, draw no bet market, 21/20 (BETVICTOR)
SILVER: Notts County to beat Port Vale, draw no bet market, 6/4 (ladbrokes)
BRONZE: Kai Naismith to score first v York, EW, 9/1 (bet365)
