With just two games remaining for each side in the Championship a lot of things are still to be undecided. Here is our guide to the best of the bets from the action this weekend. Friday night sees the Sky cameras at Leicester as the Foxes in seventh take on third placed Watford in a key promotion battle. Both sides know that they need to win to keep their hopes alive. Leicester to keep in the play-off hunt while the Hornets need to win to keep the pressure on Hull in second (who they are currently four points behind). Leicester are the current favourites at evens (general). Watford meanwhile are 14/5 (GENERAL ) for victory while the draw is a best priced 14/5 (bet365/BETVICTOR ). In terms of the match markets it looks a tough game to call and those looking for a bet might be better served looking at the goalscorer markets where Troy Deeney is available at 2/1 (Spreadex ) in the anytime scorer market. The Watford front man has netted four in his last six games including two last time out and looks the value bet here.

Barnsley take on Hull on Saturday in another game that could have big implications on the table. The Tykes have hit a slide at the wrong time of the year and know anything less than three points here would be bad news. Hull meanwhile know that three points would see them into the Premier League though if Watford fail to get any points on Friday night they could already be promoted so maybe keep your eyes on the result of that game before making any bets on this one.

The best bet in this division is Charlton to get something from Middlesbrough as these are two sides at the opposite end of the form table. Boro are 29/20 (BETVICTOR ) for victory which looks incredibly short bearing in mind they have won just one of their last nine games and just three in the league in 2013. The Addicks meanwhile are in great form and have lost just one of their last 12 and are unbeaten in their last six away games. Charlton can be backed at 85/40 (BETVICTOR ) though I like the safety of the draw no bet market here. The best price here is 5/4 (BETVICTOR ) and this looks a steal.

After a run of three straight victories at the end of March, start of April, Wolves must have thought they were going to get themselves out of the relegation battle then a run of three defeats from four put them right back in the mix. They have though had a tough run of games having played two of the top six and the form side in the division in Charlton and with a trip to Brighton on the final day they know they must get all three points on Saturday against Burnley. I think they can do it because the Clarets themselves are badly out of form and have won just two of their last 13 games. The draw is a danger as Burnley have been drawing a lot lately (five of their last nine) that said I think you have to side with the Midlands side here at 13/10 (BETVICTOR/SPREADEX ).

The live evening game is a key relegation battle between Peterborough and Sheffield Wednesday. Posh went into the weekend in 21st while Wednesday were 18th. Peterborough have netted two or more goals in five of their last eight home games and they should be backed to go over 1.5 goals here at 6/5 with Stan James.

BEST OF THE BETS

GOLD: Charlton to beat Middlesbrough, draw no bet, 5/4 (BETVICTOR )
SILVER: Wolves to beat Burnley, 13/10 (BETVICTOR/SPREADEX )
BRONZE: Peterborough to score over 1.5 goals, 6/5 (stanjames )
